If you thought Week 1 was good, the next week ramps up the intensity. Clemson and Texas A&M showed us what to expect from them when they face each other. This time, it’s in Death Valley. The other big game this week shapes the College Football Playoff race. Tom Herman and the Texas Longhorns want to be back so bad, but must go through LSU. The Tigers present a completely different challenge than the Oklahoma Sooners, but it might be even more difficult. The fact that LSU’s favored against the home team Texas Longhorns says something about the depth of the Tigers team.

Last week: 15-1 straight up, 7-9 against the spread
Overall: 16-2 straight up, 8-10 against the spread
